Easy Garlic Toast

You can’t make enough of this garlic toast! There are never left overs of this recipe. And it’s oh so easy! I can not give the exact nutritional value of this garlic toast, but am positive it is far better for you than the ready to heat and serve garlic bread that is sold at the super market that has a thick layer of buttery-looking spread that tops the bread. This recipe requires 4 ingredients: baguette, olive oil, garlic and RBT (Rosemary, Basil & Thyme seasoning).

Slice the baguette in half length-wise. Peel and cut in half two cloves of garlic. Rub the cut side of the bread with the cut garlic. Then mince the cut garlic and put aside. Drizzle olive oil onto the cut side of the bread then use your fingers to spread around the olive oil. Sprinkle the minced garlic onto the bread then shake on the Rosemary Basil & Thyme seasoning onto the loaf’s halves. Bake for about 10 minutes at 400° F. Check the bread around 5-7 minutes in to ensure the bread doesn’t burn. Slice and serve.
